contents <p> </p> <p>Indirect governmental administration in Syria is a method of organizing public utilities in which the state manages certain services through public bodies and institutions that enjoy legal personality and relative financial and administrative autonomy, in addition to local administrative units such as governorates, cities, and municipalities, all under the supervision and control of the central authority. This system aims to achieve greater flexibility and efficiency in managing public services, away from the strict administrative constraints of direct administration, allowing faster and more specialized decision-making tailored to the needs of each region or service.
