| contents |
This disclosure presents a novel integrated agricultural management system comprising a fixed-height overhead pivot arm mounted on concentric circular steel ground rails, serving a high-density perennial desert crop plantation (primary application: Opuntia ficus-indica, spineless prickly pear cactus). The system incorporates: (1) height-adjustable worker cradles providing three-axis access (radial, rotational, vertical) to all harvest tiers of tall perennial crops without ground-level row access; (2) an automated dual-basket bottom-release transport system operating on the same arm rail; (3) a five-line multi-fluid precision delivery manifold integrated with the arm structure and worker cradle nozzle assembly, enabling simultaneous harvest and plant-specific treatment; (4) a graduated concentric ring planting protocol geometrically aligned with arm rotation sectors, producing continuous yield and matched processing capacity; and (5) an emergency perimeter access track with four radial hub spurs. The system enables planting densities of up to 20,000 plants per hectare — approximately four times the density achievable with conventional ground-access methods — while operating with a minimum crew of two workers for a 4.2-hectare deployment. A center hub processing facility receives all harvested material via the basket transport system and operates a zero-waste cascade processing model across up to twelve distinct product streams. The system is equally applicable in linear pivot configuration for rectangular land parcels. This document is published as a technical disclosure to establish public prior art and priority date in advance of formal patent application.
|
