  • <p>Modern physics relies on a perceptual divide between velocity and gravity, treating time dilation as a relativistic oddity rather than a structural foundation. By returning to a mechanically real framework rooted in the Lagrangian and Noether's Theorem, this paper demonstrates that velocity and gravity are identically processed by atomic hardware as subtractive kinetic loads. Scaling this ledger to the galactic level from the perspective of the constituent stars reveals that anomalous rotational velocities are not driven by "Dark Matter." Rather, extreme velocities are required to induce frequency attrition.
