  • <p class="MsoNormal">README</p> <p class="MsoNormal">This is the relevant data of paper titled 'A population-based study of monkeypox virus genetic evolution and clinical association in its recent epidemics in Shenzhen'. All the human participants are anonymized.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">The 'mpox_severity_shenzhen_anonymized' dataset contains sequence quality control scores and clinical severity scores for enrolled patients. Severity scores are for 18 participants are missing due to a lack of clinical documentation.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">The 'mpox_AAmutation_patients_anonymized' dataset contains detected AA mutations of each sequence. The "0" indicates wildtype AA and "1" indicates mutations comparing to wildtype.</p> <p class="MsoNormal">The 'mpox_mutation_prevalence' contains mutation prevalence over time. The colomn '2018' indicates the reference strains of an annotated pre-outbreak sequence (hMpxV/Nigeria/CDC-M5312_HM12/2018, GISAID accession number: 13056282).</p> <p class="MsoNormal">The 'mpox_PRS_patients_anonymized' contains PRS values for each patients evaluating the ensemble effect of genetic mutations across multiple functional genes.</p>
