Therefore, correcting renal damage not only at the symptomatic stage but also at the early stage, in a manner targeted at pathogenetic links, is one of the pressing tasks of modern nephrology and endocrinology. However, in practice, alongside pharmacotherapy, patients frequently resort to traditional medicine methods, which sharpens issues of clinical safety, drug interactions, and levels of evidence.</p> |
