Much attention is paid to the issue related to the lack of a mechanism for pre-trial compensation for damage caused as a result of violations of international humanitarian law. The conclusion is made about the need for further steps towards the codification and progressive development of international humanitarian law, strengthening the regime of implementation of its norms applied in conditions of international and non-international armed conflicts.</span></em></p> |
