  • Personality assessment instruments are widely used for self-understanding, career guidance, and interpersonal development, yet dominant frameworks still leave important practical gaps. This paper introduces and positions the Archetiq.com Archetype Blueprint™, a three-layer personality framework developed in a Malaysian and Southeast Asian coaching context. The Blueprint combines a primary archetype (five core identity patterns), a force layer (three tempo-based modes describing how identity moves through the world), and a secondary archetype that modulates the primary, producing 60 full-profile combinations. Using qualitative documentary analysis, the paper compares the Blueprint with the Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Big Five Five-Factor Model (FFM), and the DISC model across five dimensions: theoretical foundation, profile granularity, actionability, growth orientation, and cultural applicability.
