| contents | <p>This article presents a critical–propositional analysis of Hollis Roberts’s <em>Temporal Decoupling</em> (Version 5), published on Zenodo in 2026, in dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity (TO), developed by Vidamor Cabannas and Denivaldo Silva. Roberts’s framework, composed of <em>Timeless Sea Cosmology</em> and <em>Accumulative Emergent Time Theory</em>, proposes that time and gravity are not fundamental properties of reality, but emergent effects of a deeper timeless medium called the <em>Timeless Sea</em>.</p> <p>The analysis examines possible compatibilities and tensions between Roberts’s proposal and the modal axioms of the Theory of Objectivity, especially the Seven Absolute Truths, the necessity of a transcendent substance beyond the existential quantum, the phenomenic elements, the Inducer Effects, the cosmogonic theorem, and the cosmological Eras of TO. Particular attention is given to the concepts of emergent time, gravity as pressure, flow lines, quantum observation, informational memory, black holes, dark matter, dark energy, and the role of information as transcendent knowledge produced in atomic relations and equivalent to atomic radiations.</p> <p>The article argues that <em>Temporal Decoupling</em> offers a highly fertile field of dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity, especially because it rejects the self-sufficiency of the observable universe, interprets time and gravity as emergent, and attributes central importance to boundary, observation, information, and transcendence.
