contents
This paper defines the concept of an executable coherence terrain: an epistemic substrate in which lineage, uncertainty, state transitions, repair pathways, and validation rules are rendered as navigable, updateable, and constraint-governed terrain rather than static records or snapshots. The SHRF Observatory is presented as a partial instantiation of this architecture through seven structural properties: persistent lineage, event-governed state transition, sediment memory, bounded unresolved states, ecological validation, operational and historical lens separation, and recoverable constraint topology. The paper argues that these properties allow coherent continuation under drift without requiring restart from first principles.

Keywords:

executable terrain; coherence preservation; ecological validation; epistemic substrate; lineage; sediment memory; anti-snapshot architecture; recoverable topology; drift; event-governed transition; observatory; coherence terrain; epistemic continuity; repair ecology; constraint topology
