contents
This preprint develops a semi-Boltzmann perturbative framework intended as an intermediate computational bridge between phenomenological cosmological modifications and a future full Einstein–Boltzmann implementation. The work explores how controlled late-time perturbative accessibility deformations propagate through transfer functions, temperature anisotropies, growth evolution, and low-multipole CMB behavior while preserving the stability of the standard cosmological background.

Rather than replacing General Relativity or the ΛCDM paradigm, the framework introduces carefully localized perturbative corrections within selected transfer and source sectors of the Einstein–Boltzmann system. Numerical experiments performed with modified CLASS-based pipelines indicate that small-amplitude deformations can remain observationally smooth while generating measurable signatures in low-ℓ TT structure and late-time transfer evolution.

The manuscript is presented as a computational and methodological preprint forming the foundation for forthcoming fully coupled Boltzmann-sector analyses and higher-precision cosmological tests.
