| contents | <p>We derive the extension of the gravitational slip formula of Paper I to arbitrary baryon profiles via an inverse-path numerical identification of the effective slip operator. The point-source formula η−1 = (2/3)β[(gN/a₀)(1+gN/a₀)]^{−1/2} derived in Paper I is shown to be intrinsically non-local: applying the spherical Laplacian to the analytic slip field (η−1)|Ψ| yields an effective source whose deep-MOND power-law slope is α = −1.56 ± 0.02, inconsistent with the Poisson kernel value α = −2 and consistent with a fractional-Laplacian operator (−∇²)^{3/4} whose Green function decays as r^{−1/2}. The exponent is regime-dependent: α → −2 in the Newtonian limit (recovering Poisson), α ≈ −1.4 for ultra-diffuse galaxies in deep-MOND — a continuous transition consistent with the saturation axiom of DEV. Applied to DGSAT-I (ε = 7.96), the extended-source correction yields η−1 ∈ [3.95%, 6.7%], a factor up to 1.7 above the point-source estimate and well within Euclid sensitivity. Extended-source predictions for all six benchmark UDGs are tabulated. The result connects DEV to fractional-spacetime gravity (Calcagni), nonlocal IR modifications of general relativity (Maggiore–Mancarella), and the disformal kernels of AeST/TeVeS-class theories. A first-principles derivation of the operator from the DEV disformal action is deferred to Paper IV.
