This genome sequence was assembled de novo using Illumina and Oxford Nanopore sequencing platforms by Almutairi et al (2021. PMID: 34498920).<span> </span>The genome was assembled into 98 contigs, 36 of which correspond to chromosomes, and the rest remain unassigned. A total of 8158 proteins and their corresponding coding sequences are also provided. The Fasta files included in this dataset were downloaded from GenBank (assembly GCA_017916335.1; May 13, 2026). </span></p> |
