- <p>We measured total transcription by RNA-sequencing in human 293T cells following expression of the Influenza virus H7N9 PA-X protein to understand functions of PA-X. We describe here a likely essential accessory function of H7N9 PA-X in silencing the interferon stimulated gene (ISG) Ifi6. </p>
