It supports data preparation, spectral visualization, preprocessing, PCA, reference matching, model training, prediction, feature-importance analysis, and PDF report generation.</div> <div class="scriptor-paragraph">This is the third development version of the application and the first version made publicly available. MSAA3 is under active development, and future versions will be released with further improvements, corrections, and extended functionality.</div> <div class="scriptor-paragraph">The EXE version includes built-in reference spectral libraries, while user-generated models, results, plots, and reports are created by users during normal application work.</div>
