contents <div> <div>The observed matter-antimatter asymmetry of the universe requires CP violation, yet the microscopic origin of that violation remains unresolved. In this paper we investigate CP violation as an emergent geometric phenomenon within the QGEFT framework by measuring the imaginary part of frozen `SU(3)` triangle holonomies on `N=1024` graph vacua. Comparing sterile `Q=0` controls with the previously resolved living `Q=5` branch, we find three linked results. First, the sterile controls do not develop a coherent CP-odd order parameter: the global chiral-flux sum stays small and sign-indefinite, shifting from `-0.0491` in a standard sterile replica to `+0.1470` after deep-time annealing, while the local radius-`2` probes around the flavor centers `885` and `509` remain exactly zero. Second, the living branch develops a clear positive global flux, `\sum Im(W) \approx +0.5410`, indicating spontaneous selection of a preferred handedness in the emergent graph vacuum. Third, that flux is geometrically localized: the sparse heavy-flavor center `885` carries a nonzero local sum `+0.02356`, while the denser light-flavor center `509` remains perfectly screened at `0.000`. The narrow claim supported by the current data is that the QGEFT surrogate links topological generation formation, partial mass hierarchy, and spontaneous CP violation through the same sparse defect structure, providing a concrete geometric route toward baryogenesis-like matter preference.</div> </div>
