| contents |
This dataset contains the appendix files and supporting raw data generated for the PhD thesis Electrical Waveform Configuration Across Cardiac Scales: Effects on Subcutaneous Myocardial Excitation, Ventricular Fibrillation Induction, and hiPSC-CM Maturation-Relevant Transcriptional Responses. The files provide the underlying experimental records, raw measurement workbooks, design-of-experiments files, and statistical analysis outputs used to support Chapters 2–5 of the thesis. Chapter 2 is supported by raw waveform generator characterisation data and the associated custom waveform generator validation report, including pulse timing, amplitude testing, load testing, test article details, equipment records and firmware reference information. Chapter 3 is supported by raw subcutaneous pacing threshold data and general linear model outputs comparing monophasic and biphasic waveforms across pulse widths for individual subjects and combined subject-level analysis. Chapter 4 is supported by raw ventricular fibrillation induction threshold data and the associated Design-Expert DOE file used to evaluate waveform parameter effects. Chapter 5 is supported by raw hiPSC-CM transcriptional datasets, Minitab DOE project files, PCA/statistical reports, and regression analyses examining associations between voltage, pulse width, frequency, waveform type and maturation-relevant transcriptional endpoints, including PC1 and MYL2/MYL7. Together, these files provide objective evidence for the experimental measurements, statistical analyses and reproducibility of the thesis findings.
|
