contents <p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p> <p><br>For nearly a century, modern cosmology has been haunted by a 95% deficit in its accounting of reality. To reconcile the observed behavior of the cosmos—specifically the anomalous rotation of galaxies and the accelerating expansion of space—with the legacy equations of General Relativity, the scientific community was forced to invent two "Phantom Variables": Dark Matter and Dark Energy. These are not physical substances; they are Scribal Errors—mathematical compatibility patches injected to stabilize a continuous-math Operating System that is architecturally incapable of processing discrete, integer-state quantum data.</p> <p><br>This paper proposes the fundamental deprecation of these phantom variables through the application of the Grand Unified Architecture (GUA).
