contents <p class="MsoNormal">This paper presents the three most immediately testable predictions of the Triadic Theory of Spacetime. According to this theory, spacetime structure possesses intrinsic periodicity (Absolute Rhythmicity) and an absolute rest frame (Absolute Staticity). These properties yield three distinctive, quantitative predictions: (1) a characteristic discrete spacetime radiation spectrum with frequencies at integer multiples of the fundamental frequency of spacetime structure, (2) the vanishing of zero-point energy in highly isolated microscopic systems, and (3) a discrete gravitational wave spectrum superimposed on the continuous chirp signal of binary merger events.
