| contents | <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p> <p>In the Generalized Mass as Twisted Time (G-MaTT) framework, spacetime emerges from a cut-and-project construction of the 14-dimensional exceptional Lie group \(G_2\), filtered by the Twist-Untwist Threshold (TUT) window \(|\Delta\phi| < \sqrt{\alpha}\). This produces a finite, closed, quasicrystalline 4D spacetime. Mild deformations of the TUT window geometry (e.g., slight ellipsoidal shape) offer a geometric explanation for the CMB “Axis of Evil.” We also explore an extended dynamic model in which the window width fluctuates over time, leading to a pulsating (“breathing”) universe with possible implications for cyclic cosmology and varying fundamental constants. These predictions are falsifiable with future high-precision data from CMB-S4 and Euclid and distinguish G-MaTT from standard inflationary cosmology.</p> |
