(A&A)</p> <h3>Dataset:</h3> <p>Contains 3 tar.bz2 files, fidss.tar.bz2, fidmhd.tar.bz2 and mhdvfrag100.tar.bz2, each for a different simulation detailed in the paper.</p> <p>The major part of the simulation data is stored in the HDF5 file format with some auxiliary output stored as text files.</p> <h3>To extract the data, use the following command:</h3> <p>tar -xvf filename.tar.bz2</p> <p>(change the filename.tar.bz2 to the required file to be extracted)</p> <h3>To reproduce the plots of the paper:</h3> <p>Please access the github repository for the code used to generate the data and the plotting scripts to generate the figures.</p> <p><a href="https://github.com/vicky1997/dust_traps_complex_gas_flows_magnetized_protoplanetary_disks">https://github.com/vicky1997/dust_traps_complex_gas_flows_magnetized_protoplanetary_disks</a></p>
