- <p>This dataset contains the simulation data that can used to reproduce the results of the paper "Complex gas flows in magnetised protoplanetary disks promote the formation of dust traps at low fragmentation velocities". (A&A)</p> <h3>Dataset:</h3> <p>Contains 3 tar.bz2 files, fidss.tar.bz2, fidmhd.tar.bz2 and mhdvfrag100.tar.bz2, each for a different simulation detailed in the paper.</p> <p>The major part of the simulation data is stored in the HDF5 file format with some auxiliary output stored as text files.</p> <h3>To extract the data, use the following command:</h3> <p>tar -xvf filename.tar.bz2</p> <p>(change the filename.tar.bz2 to the required file to be extracted)</p> <h3>To reproduce the plots of the paper:</h3> <p>Please access the github repository for the code used to generate the data and the plotting scripts to generate the figures.</p> <p><a href="https://github.com/vicky1997/dust_traps_complex_gas_flows_magnetized_protoplanetary_disks">https://github.com/vicky1997/dust_traps_complex_gas_flows_magnetized_protoplanetary_disks</a></p>
