•
We develop a large-N emergent quantum-gravity effective framework in which spacetime geometry arises from collective quantum correlation structures of a microscopic scalar substrate. The physical metric is interpreted as a finite-resolution observable obtained through causal retarded smearing. A critical attractive spin-2 interaction channel generates a gapless collective graviton mode at a nontrivial renormalization-group fixed point. The framework yields an induced Einstein-Hilbert action, ghost-free finite-resolution propagators, nonsingular black holes, bounce cosmology, entropy-area scaling, and gravitational-wave echo predictions. Numerical proof-of-concept simulations of emergent curvature and spin-2 lattice correlations are also presented.
