| contents | <p class="MsoNormal"><span>This paper examines modern approaches to the analysis and management of the stages involved in formulating development strategies for industrial enterprises. It systematizes and substantiates the phased structuring of medium- and long-term strategic plans. In addition, a novel production productivity index is proposed, enabling the improvement of production strategies and facilitating more efficient evaluation and planning of enterprise performance. The relevance of the research is justified through an analysis of recent studies and fundamental approaches by both domestic and international scholars, as well as by emphasizing the importance of studying and applying the practical experience of leading foreign firms and companies within the digital economy.</span></p> |
