- <p><span class="t s3_2">The People's Coalition of Planet Earth (PCPE) represents a transnational movement </span> <span class="t s3_2">infrastructure grounded in Pragmatic Egalitarian Communism—a doctrine of Revolutionary </span> <span class="t s3_2">Realism designed to implement universal human wellbeing through systematic transformation of </span> <span class="t s3_2">global economic, political, and social structures. This paper presents the PCPE as the </span> <span class="t s3_2">organizational manifestation of centuries of liberation struggle, synthesized into a unified </span> <span class="t s3_2">political identity capable of addressing the converging crises of late capitalism through </span> <span class="t s3_2">empirically grounded, morally anchored, and strategically coherent action. The PCPE is not a </span> <span class="t s3_2">reform movement but a civilizational transition framework that recognizes the current system as </span> <span class="t s3_2">already in revolutionary transformation, requiring conscious guidance toward justice rather than </span> <span class="t s3_2">chaotic collapse. </span></p>
