| contents | <p><br>This paper explores the intersection of Albert Camus’ concept of the absurd and Aristotle’s notion of humans as political animals. It argues that the absence of politics does not merely represent a collapse of governance but the disintegration of the social fabric through which meaning is constituted. By synthesizing existential and Aristotelian perspectives, this study introduces the concept of collective absurdity, in which humanity, deprived of political order and dialogue, loses its ontological anchor and falls into existential incoherence.</p> <p> </p> <br><br> <p><strong>Originality and AI-use statement:</strong><br> This work is an original research output by Begüm Yıldırım.
