•
The Zero Counting System (ZCS) proposes a theoretical computational framework based on cyclic evolution, bounded equilibrium, and oscillatory state dynamics. Unlike classical binary systems that rely on rigid ON/OFF logic, or quantum systems dependent on fragile probabilistic states, ZCS models computation through resilient cyclic structures that evolve around bounded equilibrium rather than absolute convergence. The framework introduces the Z-bit, represented as Z=(v,c,\Delta), where computation is defined through value, cyclic behavior, and bounded tolerance. Inspired by natural systems such as neural oscillations, climate cycles, biological rhythms, and synchronized physical systems, ZCS explores the possibility of computation through adaptive rhythmic stability instead of strict deterministic exactness. This work presents the mathematical philosophy, dynamical foundations, and possible hardware interpretations of a future computational architecture designed to model complex nonlinear systems more naturally through cyclic bounded computation.
