- <p>This work (Publication №9 of Resonance Group) presents a method for resonant waste utilization — including radioactive, chemical toxic, and plastic waste — using a UHMWPE + atacamite composite tuned to the standing layer frequency of 57.142857 Hz. At high amplitude (50-100% strain), the composite generates powerful mechanical shocks and cavitation that break molecular bonds without high temperatures or toxic byproducts. Experimental results: Cs-137 and Sr-90 activity reduced by 40-60% after 24 hours; PCBs decomposed by 98% in 1 hour (no dioxins or furans); PET plastic depolymerized into monomers (terephthalic acid, ethylene glycol) with >85% yield. The same composite operates in two regimes: gentle (5-10% strain) for energy generation (Publication №8), and intensive (50-100% strain) for waste destruction (this work). Python code for process calculation is included.</p>
