| contents | <p>The aim of the project was to develop a set of recommendations for people with acquired brain injuries, professionals, and employers to enable them to bridge the gaps between different sectors and improve timely access to necessary services.</p> <p>Recommendations for a first draft were identified based on qualitative data from the “Sustained Employment Project” as well as two surveys on measures for vocational integration in neurological rehabilitation and on the experiences of disability insurance specialists with measures to promote the return to work for people with acquired brain injuries.<br>This first draft of the recommendations was subsequently discussed with the participating stakeholders in a workshop to develop a second version of the recommendations.<br>The recommendations in the second version were finally validated among the target group of people with acquired brain injuries and professionals.</p> <p>The results will be published in a scientific journal and made freely available online in the form of an information guide for people with acquired brain injuries and professionals.<br>The results of the two surveys and the foto-protocol of the workshop are presented here.</p> <p> </p> |
