contents <p>Well-being of the teachers is important so that they can fully perform their duties and responsibilities at school. This study aimed to determine the school heads’ level of supervision practices and the teachers’ well-being, the relationship between the independent and dependent variables and finally the extent to which dimension of the independent variable singly or in combination influence the teachers’ well-being. It utilized the correlational and causal research designs. The study was conducted at the selected schools in Talakag District I in the Division of Bukidnon. It involved one hundred-sixteen (116) teachers as the actual respondents of the study using the stratified random sampling procedure and with the aid of raosoft sample size calculator. Moreover, the primary instrument used in this study was a modified questionnaires to obtain the necessary data from the respondents. The questionnaire underwent and passed the validity and reliability tests. The quantitative data collected was evaluated, interpreted, and computed using statistical methods. Mean, Standard Deviation, Pearson's Product Moment Correlation and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis were utilized in getting the result of the study. Results showed that school heads’ supervision practices and teachers’ well-being was both at high level. It was concluded that school heads’ supervision practices were correlated to teachers’ well-being. It concluded that supervision practices is essential to teachers’ well-being. It is further recommended that school heads and teachers may strengthen their collaborative efforts for better teacher performance and learners’ learning outcomes.</p>
