-
This consolidated paper integrates two companion works on the physical foundations of lunar habitation: the Hagoromo Suit specification and the Hagoromo Lunar Special Economic Zone (Hagoromo Lunar SEZ) design. Together, they constitute a complete blueprint for a self-sustaining tourism-centric lunar community. The Hagoromo Suit is a practical backpack-style EVA suit designed for non-specialist users, prioritising simplicity, regolith resistance, and ease of maintenance through conventional technology. The Hagoromo Lunar SEZ is a non-sovereign special economic zone built on the V2 ZBO unified tank platform and the three-machine Ikegami Bus robotic system, governed by a direct democracy with a stay-tax-based economy and no corporate or income tax. Together, these two components provide the physical habitability layer that underpins the broader interplanetary economic framework described in the companion papers of this series.
