No solutions are claimed. Each problem receives a geometric observation identifying structural connections to the framework's sealed constants, kissing architecture, and Fibonacci epoch structure. Includes external consilience from Toupin 2026. An addendum formally registers the observation that the arctan(1/2) screening factor in the sealed BMOS cosmological constant formula and the Riemann critical line Re(s)=1/2 share a common geometric origin — the first Fibonacci asymmetry F₂→F₃, identified as the first complex group. All connections carry explicit epistemic floors throughout.

BMOS_AxialChirality_Note_May22.pdf

This note registers three items. First, a candidate prediction (OP-QC-1): that aperiodic quasicrystal laser substrates will not flip chirality at individual tile boundaries but will accumulate coherently and reverse only at grain boundaries, producing a measurable Z₃ asymmetry. Second, a candidate geometric observation that the sealed constant αrad = 2/9 ≈ 12.73° matches the angular separation between the CMB dipole axis and the Axis of Evil (measured ≈ 12.3°, residual 0.43°, within Planck uncertainty range 9°–13°). Third, a measurement systematics section documenting the BAO scale as 42√13 ≈ 151.4 Mpc and the Penrose Grout pattern contribution. Cross-references P3_T28_v2 and Shamir 2025.
