•
This work reframes the Copenhagen “observer” not as a metaphysical agent but as a local measurement‑coupling event that inserts new constraints into a quantum system. By treating observation as a physically instantiated interaction that reshapes the system’s allowable state‑space, the study recovers the operational core of Copenhagen while removing anthropomorphic language and interpretive ambiguity. The reformulation shows that collapse‑like behaviour emerges naturally from constraint induction, decoherence, and information‑locality rather than from observer‑dependent ontology. This provides a conservative, measurement‑first interpretation that preserves Copenhagen’s empirical adequacy while grounding it in explicit physical mechanisms.
