- <p>This note clarifies the logical scope of P6 within the COCM corpus. P6 [1] establishes a conditional closure of Bridge 3 by deriving k₁ from the Israel junction conditions and expressing the COCM invariant J analytically within the dynamically coupled bulk framework. What remains open is not the J-closure itself, but the independent geometric derivation of the orbital ellipticity e > 0 and the non-perturbative completion of the bulk beyond the linear regime. The purpose of this note is methodological: to separate the results genuinely derived in P6 from the assumptions that remain external to it, and to state precisely the limits of the Bridge 3 closure.</p>
