contents <p>The genome of <span class="hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline"><span class="whitespace-normal">Bacillus altitudinis BaGV</span></span> was analyzed using an integrated annotation pipeline. The primary genome assembly was annotated with the NCBI Prokaryotic Genome Annotation Pipeline (PGAP).
