contents ResistaMet GUI is an open-source desktop application for electrical characterization with Keithley 2400-family sourcemeters (2400, 2401, 2410, 2420, 2425, 2430, 2440, and 2450). It provides six measurement modes on a single instrument: continuous 2- or 4-wire resistance, DC voltage source, DC current source, multi-spot four-point probe with ASTM F84-aligned geometry corrections (with optional current-reversal/delta mode), hardware-driven I-V sweep, and van der Pauw via the ASTM F76 eight-reading protocol with an f(Q) homogeneity check. Per-reading instrument uncertainty from the Keithley datasheet propagates through every derived quantity (sheet resistance, resistivity, conductivity). Measurement output is streamed to a self-describing data file with full provenance metadata.
