contents
Abstract
This paper introduces the concept of "Meta-Nash Equilibrium" under endogenous and environmental game transformations. While traditional Nash equilibrium assumes a static game structure where players choose strategies within fixed rules, real-world interactions often involve transformations of the game itself—either driven internally by the players (endogenous) or externally by the environment/institutions (exogenous). By incorporating status-quo inertia, we model how players transition between different game structures. We define the Meta-Nash equilibrium, prove its existence, and analyze the conditions under which institutional or environmental interventions can successfully guide systems toward more desirable equilibrium states.

Keywords
- Meta-Nash Equilibrium
- Game Transformation
- Endogenous Games
- Status-Quo Inertia
- Equilibrium Transition
- Institutional Intervention
