Nine formal propositions are derived covering: S°_nutritional multi-component definition, the ego-syntonic architecture and why AN differs from OCD and MDD in treatment resistance, starvation-induced cognitive narrowing as sensor degradation (the Minnesota Starvation Experiment as formal demonstration), the basin deepening ratchet (metabolic adaptation, habituation, identity consolidation, medical complications), medical instability as landscape constraint on return path traversal, family-based treatment as external gradient restoration for adolescents, CBT-E as cognitive restructuring of the wrong-attractor restoring force, weight restoration priority over insight as energetic prerequisite, and the palliative care threshold where return path traversal cost exceeds available resources. |
