| contents | <p><em>Motivation and Teacher's performance in the Diploma Program of the International Baccalaureate Organization in a private school in Lima </em>was a research made to measure the levels of motivation and performance in teachers of a demanding international program in a private school of Lima. With this work, the researcher was able to obtain a Master's degree in Educational Management.</p> <p>The results showed a good level of performance but a weak motivation. Some suggestions were made in the school in order to promote a good working environment that enables teachers to stay in the school for longer periods, contributing to the institution and making the students achieve competitive results worldwide. </p> |
