Depth: intertidal to 360 m (1,181 ft) (Compagno in Carpenter 2003). Naylor <i>et al.</i> (2012) suggest that <i>C. brachyurus</i> may be comprised of several species; one from the Indo-Pacific and perhaps another from the Atlantic and southern Africa region.</p> |
