THE GUIDE CONTAINS SUGGESTED COURSE OUTLINES WITH EXAMPLES OF TEXTS AND REFERENCES, A SEQUENCE OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION PROCEDURES, LABORATORY LAYOUTS WITH EQUIPMENT AND COST, DISCUSSION OF THE LIBRARY AND ITS USE, DESCRIPTIONS OF FACULTY AND STUDENT SERVICES, AND A SELECTED LIST OF SCIENTIFIC TRADE AND TECHNICAL SOCIETIES. COURSE OUTLINES ARE INCLUDED FOR TECHNICAL, MATHEMATICS, SCIENCE, AND GENERAL COURSES. A RATING SHEET FOR STUDENTS WORKING IN FOOD INDUSTRIES AND SUGGESTED CURRENT PERIODICALS ARE INCLUDED.
