College Libraries Higher Education Library Development Library Services Questionnaires Student Attitudes Student Surveys Tables (Data) Teacher Attitudes Teacher Surveys Use Studies User Needs (Information) User Satisfaction (Information) Users (Information) This report presents the results of a 1996 survey of library users at the Lupton Library at the University of Tennessee/Chattanooga that was designed to determine the needs of library clientele, identify areas of strength, and establish goals for the future. Comments of the faculty are reported related to staff, materials, computers, facilities, and photocopiers and microfilm/microfiche reader printers. Student comments are summarized related to personnel, materials, climate, computers, hours, noise, copiers, and policies and organization. Follow-up actions are described, including a recent renovation of the library. Appendices include data tables and copies of the student and faculty surveys. Contains 10 references. (MES)
