They report on the findings of that data by highlighting examples of accounts that have successfully taken advantage of these frequented platforms to effectively engage with their patrons by publicizing essential, up-to-date information to active seekers. The authors also discuss best practices for how to use social media in a way that addresses the unique needs of each university.
