- Curriculum Development and the Nominal Group Technique: Gaining the Practitioners' View. Parr, Ed Done, Michael Curriculum Development Librarians Library Education Needs Assessment Surveys Senior and middle-rank librarians in academic, public, state, school, and special libraries participated in this study to identify curriculum areas of prime concern in library education. Results indicate that philosophy and social context of libraries, library skills, administration, personal and interpersonal relations, and specialization are the major concerns. (Author/MBR)
